Chef CJ who worked in the industry as a chef over 10 years. He tries to serve the real taste of South Korean style fried chicken in Barrie.

Korean Fried Chicken is a whole chicken cut in to 14 - 15 pieces and lightly battered deep fried chicken. One of the most popular food in Korean as well as world wide. Also, it goes well with Signature Sauce (Korean red chili paste based sweet and spicy sauce) and sweet soy sauce.
